Re: Chairman, Andrew Castro, Vice Chairman Wayne Cunningham
We have started a new financial year and we wish to announce changes to the structure of the Association:
Effective January 10, 2010, Mr. Andrew Castro, has been voted as the chairman of the Association along with Mr. Wayne Cunningham, who will act as deputy chairman. The tenure for this appointment is for the period January to December 2010. Our last chairman, Mr. Jack Josephs and vice chairman Mr. Garnet Tucker served the association during the periods September 2009 to December 2009 and we wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to both gentlemen for having carried this port folio for during this period.
Who is the Chairman – Mr. Andrew Castro is the current president of Martinique and was the head of the security committee (the Security Committee is made up of the presidents of all clusters). Andrew is passionate about the affairs of the estate and is determined to further enhance the status and also to ensure that communication, accountability and security of the estates are hallmarks of his reign.
The vice Chairman Wayne is the current president of one of our newest blocks, St Martin. Wayne comes into the vice chairmanship with passion and drive and a firm commitment to the development and maintenance of the estate’s affairs.
Both gentlemen cannot do this work alone. We ask you, the resident to continue to play your part in the preservation and enhancement of Caribbean Estates. How can you do this – simple – pay your maintenance on time, observe and respect the covenants that govern our estates and volunteer – be an active member of the estates – report your concerns, share your ideas with your individual cluster executives.
We hope 2010 will be a productive year!
Sincerely,
Caribbean Estates Citizens Association
