Reminders & Notices

1)  Residents who wish to do modification to their property are being reminded to contact the property office for guidance and/or a pass to take in their construction materials.  Please note that the material WILL NOT be allowed in without a pass.
2)  Residents are being asked to assist with the upkeep of the community. When reporting a malfunctioning street light to the property office, you need to give the pole number, cluster name and the street name.


3)  Residents MUST desist from throwing their residential waste in or near the facility at the back of the commercial area. Apart from being unsightly, it is unhealthy and is a great cost to the community. Please remember the garbage truck comes every Saturday.
4)  The main park will be closed between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. daily, due to unscrupulous activities in the main park at nights .
5)  Residents, you can apply for your mailbox at Greater Portmore Post Office.
6)  If you make maintenance payments directly to the bank, please remember to take your deposit slip to the property office for your account to be updated.
7)  Please support the Caribbean Estates' recycle program. Details are on the website www.caribbeanestates.org
8)  Maintenance fee is $3,200 effective April 1, 2010

 

Restrictive Covenant Reminders
R.C. No. 6

The registered proprietor shall not erect or permit to be erected any fence or boundary wall to the front of the said land nor from the curb wall along the side boundaries to the front of the unit. A fence from the front corners of the unit to the side boundaries
and a fence or boundary wall along the side boundaries of the unit and to the rear boundary of the premises shall be a height not in excess of six feet (6 ft.) above the ground and the registered proprietors shall not erect any structure within four feet (4 ft) of the rear boundary line of the said land. There shall be no fence at the front of the premises only a hedge not to exceed two and a half feet.

RC No. 8
No building or structure of any kind shall be erected on the front or side of the main building (save and except an open air carport and a fence on the side of the main building) nor shall any addition or extension be constructed nearer than four feet (4 ft.) from the side or rear boundaries.

  7. St. Martin (Block G): The 2nd Sunday of every month
  8. Trinidad (Block H): The last Sunday of every month
